Overview

Refund and return policy of DRIPCROSS lasts till 20 days of purchasing. After 20 days of purchasing we will unable to offer you refund or exchange.
We only ask you not to use the product and preserve it in its original condition with tags and packaging.

For completion of return receipt or proof of purchasing is required.
Kindly don’t send the product back to manufacturer.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return an email will be sent for you to confirm.
We will also notify if your refund is approved or not.
Once approved your refund would be automatically credit to your original method of payment and will be received by you within a certain period.

Late or Missing Refund

if you haven’t received your refund yet kindly check your account again.
Then firstly contact your debit card company if you used it for payment.
If not contact your bank directly there’s often a processing time before the refund is posted.

Comments
