At Drip Cross, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns
   Eligibility:
   Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
   Non-Returnable Items:
   Sale items, gift cards, and customized or personalized products cannot be returned.
2. Refunds
   Inspection Process:
   Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email or phone.
   Approved Refunds:
   Refunds will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
   Shipping Costs:
   Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the issue is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Exchanges

4. Damaged or Defective Items
   If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no additional cost or provide a refund.
5. Cancellations
   Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Orders canceled after this period may incur a cancellation fee.
